We're committed to selling great value, high-quality furniture and accessories, we hope you'll enjoy our products but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought for various reasons.
Returning Items - Online Sales
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them, providing this is reported to us within 14 days of delivery. You are entitled to a refund (under the conditions of our refund policy below) as long as you have informed us of your decision within 14 days of delivery and the goods are returned and received by us within a further 14 days. The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used or installed. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
Refunds Policy - Online Sales
If you wish to return goods, you must contact us by phone or email in advance of returning any item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that you quote your order number and provide us with your receipt of payment. We will then give you a full refund for the cost of the product. However we do have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed.
Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt by us of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the Order as the case may be.
We retain the right to refuse a refund if:
- You return your product to a store without proof of purchase
- The seal has been broken for health and hygiene reasons on any Mattress.
- The goods were a special order.*
Certain items may be Special Order and will be identified on the website and on your order at time of purchase. Special orders cannot be cancelled or amended.*
